Why can't I order an activity/step tracker?

If you're part of a sponsored program and aren't seeing the option to order your activity tracker, your Walkadoo account may not be correctly linked to your sponsor. To make sure your account is linked to your program sponsor, please follow these steps:

1. Go to mywellvolution.com

2. Click "Sign in"

3. Enter your email address and password

4. After logging in, you'll be taken through the eligibility and consent process, after which your Wellvolution account will become properly sponsored

5. If you're eligible to order an activity tracker, you'll see the option here.
