How can I change my goals to be higher or lower?

There is no setting in Walkadoo to adjust your step goals higher or lower, the site simply adjusts to reflect your own activity level based on your last 9 days of steps. 

If you have a few high step days and then feel your goals are a bit too high it is okay to miss your step goal and walk a little less. If you do this for a few days your goals will come down a little bit, and for most step cards you will still get partial credit for your card even if you don't reach your goal.
