If you believe you've created more than one Walkadoo account, we recommend contacting Walkadoo support via the link below before attempting to resolve the issue on your own. When contacting Walkadoo support, be sure to include the following information:
- the first and last name(s) associated with your account(s)
- any email addresses you might have used to create your account(s)
A support representative will work with you to ensure you have only one account that's properly linked to your step tracker. It's unfortunately not possible to combine points earned in separate Walkadoo accounts.
