When will the Walkadoo iPhone app sync my steps?
The step tracker built into the Walkadoo iPhone app will continuously sync your steps as long as the app is installed on your phone.
When will the Walkadoo Android app sync my steps?
The step tracker built into the Walkadoo Android app each time the app is open. The app will also sync your steps once per hour while it is running in the background.
If the app is completely closed, it cannot sync your steps. The next time that you open the Walkadoo app it will attempt to pull in step data for the last 7 days from your phone's data in order to sync this to Walkadoo.
If you go more than 7 days without opening the Walkadoo app, it will not be possible to retrieve step data prior to the past 7 days.
