If you're seeing steps in Jawbone.com but aren't seeing them in Walkadoo, it's important to note that it can take a few days for Jawbone to make new step data available for Walkadoo to retrieve. During this time, it's important to continue wearing and syncing your Jawbone device as normal, and as soon as Jawbone makes new step data available, Walkadoo will retrieve it automatically. Once that happens, Walkadoo will fill in your step cards and retroactively award you any due points.
