In order for Walkadoo to display steps recorded by your Fitbit, you'll need to ensure the following:
1. Your Fitbit is linked to Walkadoo (you can learn more about this here).
2. Your Fitbit device is syncing steps to your Fitbit.com account. You can confirm this by visiting Fitbit.com and logging in to your account; you should see a chart detailing your recent step activity.
Walkadoo can only retrieve steps from your Fitbit.com account, and not the Fitbit device itself. If steps you have logged on your Fitbit device are not showing up in your Fitbit.com dashboard, please contact Fitbit support using this page or by calling their customer service team at 1 (877) 623-4997.
Once your Fitbit device is syncing steps to your Fitbit.com account, you can expect to see updated step counts in Walkadoo within an hour of seeing them in your Fitbit.com profile.
