If you're seeing steps in your Fitbit.com account but are not seeing steps in Walkadoo, you can attempt to re-connect your Fitbit with your Walkadoo account by following these steps:
1) Log into your Walkadoo account
2) Go to https://walkadoo.meyouhealth.com/account/device
3) Click 'Connect a new Fitbit'
4) Click 'Switch to Fitbit'
5) Re-authenticate with your Fitbit.com account if prompted (if you are currently signed into Fitbit on your computer you will not be prompted)
6) Sync your Fitbit again
You should see updated step counts in Walkadoo within about one hour of syncing your wearable Fitbit device. If this does not resolve the issue, your Fitbit device may not be syncing to your Fitbit.com account correctly. Learn more here.
